  • DO YOU OWN ALL THE FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES YOU USE FOR HOME STAGING ?
    Yes, we own all our own furniture, art, and accessories, which are stored at our warehouse in Los Angeles. Many of our stagings are completed within 1 to 2 weeks of our consultation. A large amount of inventory is need on hand. All installed staging furniture is also available for purchase.
  • HOW LONG DOES A STAGING TYPICALLY TAKE?
    Most homes are able to be staged within 1-2 days. the third day is usually when we suggest real estate photography to be scheduled.
  • WHAT MUST A CLIENT TAKE CARE OF PRIOR TO INSTALLATION DAY?
    For us to be effective and on schedule with our installations. We require that homes be fully cleaned, done with construction, VACANT and have the payment and agreement fully taken care of before our teams come in on installation day. Even when asked to do an occupied staging, we require no-one other than our team be home during the process for safety, liability and efficiency reasons. There is no need to hire a cleaning crew after our staging. We clean up all staging related messes ourselves. Sometimes clients are eager to see the progress, we humbly request that clients/agents wait until after we are finished. We gladly provide agents with before and after, transformation style video content to be used in their social media content. When it comes time to removing staging inventory we ask that our items be in the same condition in which they were installed. This includes not burning our candles, which are for decor purposes only and are typically expensive.
